Orvo

Terms

These are the terms for using Orvo, operated by MHI Media. Last updated 12 September 2026.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure: anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Your workspace and your content

What you put into your workspace stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you. Whoever created a workspace decides who else can see it.

What you may not do

  • Publish anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the rights to.
  • Use a landing page to collect people's details under false pretences, or to collect payment details.
  • Upload anything designed to run code in someone else's browser.
  • Try to reach another workspace's data, or test our security without asking us first.
  • Connect an account you are not entitled to connect.

Things the app writes

The app drafts text for you using Claude. Drafts can be wrong, and numbers in a draft are only as good as what you gave it. You are responsible for what you publish, so read it before it goes out.

Connected accounts

When you connect Instagram, Facebook or YouTube you are also bound by their terms. We use the access you grant only for the things described in our privacy notice, and you can disconnect at any time.

Availability

We will keep the service running as well as we reasonably can, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for content you chose to publish.

Ending it

You can delete your workspace whenever you like. We can end access if these terms are broken, and we will say why unless we are not allowed to.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
